BOOKING A SERVICE
The need to know information about booking ShadowCast Studios' services.

Can I make a booking over the phone?
We will be happy to answer questions you may have over the phone however, we recommend using our secure online booking system to book our services and sessions. We are often unavailable to answer the phone because if we are with a client, our phones are silenced.
The best way to contact us with any questions you may have is by E-mail or even better yet, simply fill out our service consult request form, and we will then be able to set up a phone consultation for you if needed. You can also send us a text message as well. If we are expecting you to call, we will answer for sure, but if we aren't expecting a call there a good chance that it will go to voicemail as we will likely be in production, have headphones on while mixing /mastering, out on a photo shoot, providing photo/video coverage at events and weddings, etc, because our clients always receive our full attention during their booking time and continue to receive our dedication throughout post production. You can expect the same dedication with your booking as well.
While creating your booking online, you can also select that you would like to receive a phone call from ShadowCast Studios regarding your booking. If you choose to request a phone call, we will get in touch as soon as possible once we receive your newly created booking.
Using our booking system does not incur any additional setup fees. It is also much faster to create your booking online, and it gives you more control over your booking because you can select all of the add-on services you would like to include when you pay and more. You get to sign up a receive your own personal account which you can log into anytime and access to the exclusive Customer Area where you can view information about your bookings, manage studio credits, enroll in membership plans, etc. Plus you don't have to worry about your information being entered wrong as you will be able to enter it yourself.

Payments, Deposits, and "pay Later"
Service Payment Policy Agreement
For In-Studio Service Bookings:
- Example: Recording Studio Sessions
Half of the total fee is to be paid at the conclusion of your studio session.
Once we have completed processing your tracks in accordance with the options you selected when creating your booking, you will be given the opportunity to preview them. After approving the preview, the remaining amount of the service fee MUST be paid in full before we can deliver the completed tracks to you.
The preview is the final opportunity for you to request our 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee Once you have paid for the session and received the tracks, we will be happy to make any revisions free of charge should you decide you need any. However, we cannot provide a refund once the tracks are sent to you.
For Offsite Service Bookings:
- Example: Event Photo / Video Services
Example: A service costs $100 total, so you make a security deposit payment of $25 at that time. After the booking is completed, you would pay the remaining $75.
Please note: If the 25% security deposit for an offsite service booking is not made before the date it is booked scheduled for, it will be considered an invalid booking and removed from the schedule. We cannot travel off-site without receiving the security deposit first. You can still select the "Pay Later" option on the checkout page if you wish to go ahead and make the booking without paying the deposit immediately. But you MUST make the security deposit prior to the booked date. If you choose the "Pay Later" option you will be presented with these terms again so that you may review them.

How far in advance should I make my booking?
The more advance notice you give us, the better! Booking further in advance gives us more time to communicate with you about what you are looking for and make sure that you get the best result out of your booking. Most of our services can be booked a minimum 12 hours in advance. This is to ensure that we will have all needed resources prepared for your booking.
Optional Add-on Services
To help ensure that you get the experience you want out of your booking, we have a number of optional add-on services which can you will be able to add to your booking in while creating it in the booking system. This way you get want you want and need without a lot of stuff you don't.
